Small Business Spoken Here offers online courses to small business owners and other interested individuals. These online courses are carefully designed to teach principles of effective management of small businesses.
Registrants will be successful online Learners by participating in the activities planned for each course such as reading all lessons and completing each activity and review quiz when available. The activities for each course will vary.
A now familiar step in most online offerings is for the provider to describe legal conditions and limitations regarding the product. Likewise, Small Business Spoken Here must advise Learners of several conditions and limitations regarding their participation in the online course. The following paragraphs outline those conditions and limitations.

Cancellation – Requests for refunds (less a $25 service fee per registration) can be honored only if made in writing to the Small Business Spoken Here before receiving access to the course from the Instructor. To request a refund contact Instructor@SmallBusinessSpokenHere.com.
Access to the course – Learners will have access to most courses for thirty (30) days from the date of enrollment. Access for Business Planning Made Easy and Strategic Planning for Small Business is extended to ninety (90) days. The enrollment date is the date that Small Business Spoken Here emails confirmation to the Learner that he or she is enrolled in the course. Access after the date originally enrolled may require a new enrollment key or intervention by the instructor to access the course. Small Business Spoken Here is not liable for Internet connectivity issues that may prevent access to the eTraining, nor is it responsible for incompatibility with system software.
