You may write your business plan in any order but the modules are in the logical order that most small business owners use to write their plan. You can easily start a section of the plan, then return later to finish it.
Documents: Business Plan Instructions and Business Plan Outline will be available to download in the eTraining under the Resource Tab. Word and Excel versions of the Business Plan Outline are available.
Course Completion includes the submission of the Draft Business Plan for review by a business advisor. A certificate will be available after the business plan is submitted.
This workshop is designed to create an actionable business plan for a start-up or recently started business. We will start with the basics of market research and use the material to build a bank-ready business plan. Included in the final document are market, human resource and financial requirements for turning an inspired business idea into a successful business.
